Have you ever heard a piece of music or smelt an aroma and been instantly transported back in time? During this fully guided session taking in: Curated music, breath work, essential oils and steam manipulation, Aufguss Master Nick McEwen will transport you to six stunning holiday destinations.

Nick says “Over the course of the hour, I’ll whisk you away on a whistle-stop tour of the globe, taking in 6 countries using music, aroma, steam manipulation and storytelling”

“One of my favourite spots is Sicily…imagine waling barefoot through a lemon grove, there’s sage growing around the base of the trees, Ennio Morricone’s ‘Il Siciliana’ is playing as a gentle breeze rolls down Etna.”
