Join us for a relaxing and restorative evening starting with a 60-minute sauna session to melt away tension and prepare your body. Afterwards, enjoy a guided 30-minute stretch with experienced coach Rob Bennett, designed to help you move with more ease and feel more at home in your body.

Rob’s approach is gentle but effective — combining relaxing stretching, breath, and body awareness to help you feel lighter, looser, and more aligned. You’ll leave with simple tools you can use every day to support your recovery and wellbeing.

Whether you’re new to stretching or looking to deepen your routine, this is a chance to slow down, tune in, and give back to your body.
