Sorry I’ve not been very active on this page, as a lot of people will know, I’ve been quite poorly for the most of the year or so with non epileptic seizures, FND, pain, headaches, exhaustion, muscle weakness & more etc. I’m at home recovering but things have taken a massive toll on us physically, mentally and emotionally to say the least. It’s gonna take awhile for things to be anywhere near back to my baseline, so lots of recovery physically with physio and rehab and mentally and emotionally with therapy, so lots of recovery to be done slowly but surely with lots of help and support, so that means unfortunately no cooking or bread making has been done for quite awhile unfortunately, so it’s all taken a backseat for a long time until I have the energy and strength back to be back in the kitchen, so till then it’s resting and recovering up.
Thank you for you’re patience and sorry for any inconvenience. I will be back in the near future as soon as I can/able to do so. Xx
