The oils are a blend of Neals Yard organic essential oils, mixed with coconut organic oil and infused with Reiki to make them extra powerful.

My fat knee and reiki…12 days later. It’s been a tough 12 days, I’m not gonna lie. Not being able to walk, drive, or really get out the house has been so challenging. All the small things we take for granted. Also pain and little sleep, and a lot of bum shuffling! I’ve been doing reiki daily, which has really helped with my overall mood, particularly anxiety, and swelling, and a ritual to start the day. I also had an amazing breath work session with , learning techniques to help calm my anxiety, and manage my pain. her book you can heal your life talks about emotional meaning behind disease and injuries. Knees issues relate to fear, stubbornness, and inflexibility. I’ve been reflecting on this whilst healing, and looking at ways in which I have acted in this way. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and positives have, and will continue to happen. I am so grateful to my wonderful friends, family, and kindness of strangers who have offered lifts, food, tea, drugs, and ear and a shoulder (literally). Some images from this week 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

My fat knee and reiki. Hi I’m Steph for those of you who don’t know me. I’m a reiki master and owner of the Little Reiki Shed. I support women with busy lives, by offering reiki treatments to support them. However, as of today I am currently on a temporary break, literally. Yesterday in a freak accident, I broke my patella in my right knee. Pretty painful, but were amazing. Strapped up for 6 weeks with nowhere to go, I will be using reiki daily to help support my healing. It’s recommended you don’t use reiki directly on a broken bone, as this can kick start the healing process before the bones have been fused. I am therefore using self reiki on the rest of my body to support healing, helping to manage pain, and reduce my anxiety around the injury. I will keep you updated in my progress plus talking more about injuries and illness in the body, and how these can relate to trapped emotions within our bodies.

I am thrilled to announce the from November, I will be offering Reiki treatments in London 1 day a week. I am excited (and a little nervous) about this development, but am following my inner guidance, that is calling me to do this.

I will continue to offer reiki treatments at the Little Reiki Shed in Tunbridge wells on a Tuesday afternoon, and some evenings.

Wonderful to train in Reiki Level 1 training. She was an absolute delight, filled with positivity and curiosity about Reiki.
It was a privilege to be part of your Reiki story.

Fabulous day at the Southborough mayday fair today. Great to see so many people out, and lots of lovely local businesses. Also wonderful to see some current clients, and give reiki tasters to others for the first time. I love doing this fair, as I also share a stall with my oldest (in years not age) friend and her daughter who makes beautiful jewelry.

This event would not be possible without the amazing who works so hard for our community. I was lucky to get her to sit albeit briefly for some reiki! Thank you Nell for all you do ♥️
