Toxic relationships can happen to anyone. But without boundaries, things can get terribly confusing. 😵‍💫

Unsure where the lines are, compassionate people often give chance after chance after chance.

After all, isn’t love supposed to be unconditional?

Boundaries show us our way forward.

And sometimes that means a relationship can be saved. Sometimes that means it can’t.

Boundaries help us find what’s right for us in our unique context—with love and respect for them AND love and respect for ourselves.

Because love doesn’t require you to sacrifice your self-respect.

That’s a boundary.
