JO AND ALICE BOTH LOSE 12 LBS IN JAN!👏👏

As wells as losing 17 stone at our St Marks group in January, our members Jo and Alice both lost an incredible 12 lbs each in just 4 weeks to be crowned our Slimmers of the Month!

Their top tips to acheiving this were:-

* to eat 3 proper meals a day, not less
* to plan meals in advance and stick to eat
* to enjoy their treats (swips) which included chocolate and crisps in measured amounts.
* to prioritise attending our weekly group to get the support, learning and motivation from other members and me!

If you would like to acheive success like this in February, pop along next Wednesday.
