Gorgeous lunch out at lunchtime at Canvas celebrating Simon's 53rd birthday. Chose good options great for food Optimising! Seabass on a bed of green beans and amazing raw fish starter. Would def recommend and lovely waiter Jay. We opted out of having a dessert and had a cheeky cocktail instead in Sopranos ...lovely

What a fantastic evening we had on Wednesday at St Marks celebrating our Slimming World Icons 2025!

Alice has lost 2 stone, Ocean nearly 3 stone and Liz a whopping 5 1/2 stone! They were voted for their achievements, inspiration and support they bring to group.
