Postnatal Mummy and Baby: Weds 10.45am. Prana Flow: Thursdays 9.30am.

Healing diastasis recti after birth doesn’t have to feel confusing or scary.
�In this reel I’m showing safe, gentle alternatives you can start from around 8 weeks postnatal (once you’ve had your check-in).

✨ What we want:
* Deep core engagement
* Pelvic floor activation
* Breath-led movement
* Slow, steady rebuilding from the inside out

⚠️ What we avoid:�Moves that create excessive abdominal pressure, doming, bulging or straining — these can make the separation work harder to heal.
Your body has done something incredible.�Go gently, move mindfully, and give yourself time. You’re not bouncing back, you are becoming a new kind of you.

Hi! I’ve been teaching yoga for the last 20 years. I’m a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. I teach Antenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, baby massage, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hypnobirth and Active Birth antenatal workshops for couples.

Antenatal Yoga: Mon 7.30pm - 8.45pm. Postnatal Mummy and Baby: Monday 11.45am, Weds 10.45am, Friday 11.45am Vinyasa Flow: Tues 8pm - 9.15pm, Weds 9.30am - 10.30am, Thursday 7.30pm - 8.30pm, Fri 9.30am - 10.30am.
