t might seem like a bit of a leap… from birth education to tattoos 🖤

But those of you who know me know two things:

I’ve spent over 20 years teaching people how to work with their body during intense sensations…
and I’m very partial to a tattoo myself - thanks in no small part to my daughter Poppie (.ttt), who’s a tattoo artist.

Over the years, I started sharing some of the same breathing, relaxation and nervous system techniques I teach in childbirth classes with her clients… and the results were incredible.

So I’ve created something new.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down.

Place one hand on your body, wherever feels most comforting.

Take three slow breaths, letting the exhale be a little longer than the inhale.

Then gently reflect:

What am I ready to lay down now?

Hi! I’ve been teaching yoga for the last 20 years. I’m a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. I teach Antenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, baby massage, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hypnobirth and Active Birth antenatal workshops for couples.

Antenatal Yoga: Mon 7.30pm - 8.45pm. Postnatal Mummy and Baby: Monday 11.45am, Weds 10.45am, Friday 11.45am Vinyasa Flow: Tues 8pm - 9.15pm, Weds 9.30am - 10.30am, Thursday 7.30pm - 8.30pm, Fri 9.30am - 10.30am.
