Deviated nose & dorsal hump correction

Thin skin, a deviated nasal bridge and a pronounced dorsal hump, this patient presented with a complex case. We straightened the nose, reduced the hump and gently lifted the tip to create a more balanced, harmonious profile.

This is an early 6-week result, and already the transformation is phenomenal. The patient and her family are over the moon with the outcome.

Traumatic nose reconstruction

A complex nasal reconstruction following severe trauma and septal collapse.

Using donor rib cartilage, both breathing and appearance were beautifully restored.
Only 6 weeks post-op the swelling remains, but the patient is already over the moon.

Nasal alar BCC

(BCC - Basal cell carcinoma, the most common type of skin cancer, and the most common cancer overall.)

Our patient had actually accompanied his wife to her appointment, however Pei-Pei noticed his lesion on the nasal alar. He thought it was only a scab, but after a biopsy it was proved to be a BCC.

Excision and reconstruction was carried out, with an excellent result.
