Mini facelift for a smoker

This patient came to surgery with realistic expectations, fully aware that smoking can affect skin quality and healing. She opted for a mini facelift only, choosing not to proceed with a neck lift at the time.

Post-procedure, the facial results were so refined, particularly around the jawline, that she later wished she had included the lower face and neck. A great reminder of how powerful subtle facial rejuvenation can be.

Her scars are virtually imperceptible, and most importantly, she was thrilled with her outcome.

Complex Revision Rhinoplasty

This patient had a rhinoplasty when she was very young that unfortunately left her with a visible deformity, a collapsed right nasal alar, uneven nostrils and breathing difficulties.

After many years, she finally found the courage to seek help for a revision. In order to rebuild the structure and support of the nose, donor rib cartilage was used to reconstruct the framework and augment the bridge.

Because the nasal skin was very tight and scarred from the previous surgery, further downward rotation of the tip wasn’t possible. However, restoring support and improving her breathing has already made a huge difference.

Most importantly, she was ecstatic to finally have a nose that looks and feels more normal.
