My Self care Sunday looked like this!
A three hour online yoga workshop with . Such a heartwarming morning followed by a healthy kitchari leftovers lunch. Then a mental wellbeing walk as it finally stopped raining!!
The light was already fading at 3pm (itโs so dark in the UK!) but it did mean we caught the start of the sunset. After our walk there was only one thing to do - make homemade chai with my spices from India! ๐ฎ๐ณ โค๏ธ
I donโt like the winter in the UK as I find the dark a real challenge but these self care strategies really help!!
