đź’«Find a quiet path in nature, a park, or even a hallway or room indoors. Anywhere you can walk without distractions.
đź’«Before taking your first step, pause. Take a few deep breaths. Feel your feet on the ground and the sensations in your body.
💫Begin walking at a relaxed pace. You don’t need to exaggerate your movements, just walk normally but with full awareness.
đź’«Notice colors, shapes, light, and shadow. Listen to the wind, birds, footsteps, or distant noises. Breathe in the scents around you. Feel the air on your skin or the ground under your feet.
đź’«Pay attention to how your feet lift, move, and touch the ground. Let yourself experience each step completely.
đź’«If your mind wanders (and it will), gently bring it back to your steps or breath without judgment.
đź’«When your walk ends, pause again. Take a few more breaths. Reflect on how you feel.
