I'm excited to share that I'm in the process of becoming an Emotional Intelligence coach and I'm looking for a few wonderful people to practice with.

This coaching is a space where you can pause, reflect and get to the root of what's really going on inside you. We can explore thinks like feeling stuck or stressed, overwhelmed, confidence, overthinking or setting boundaries. I'll be there to help you with practical tools and insights to help you move forwards.

This is a great way to see how your own emotional intelligence can help you navigate life's challenges. Our confidential and supportive sessions will be 30 mins long, online or in person (if you're local to TW) for at least 6 times from this October.

Here's your guide to a Tip Top Tuesday —a few simple ways to help you reset and recharge for the days ahead:

Deep Breathing: Just a minute of slow, deep breaths can help calm your nervous system.

A 10-Minute Walk: It's a beautiful day, getting outside can help clear your head and change your perspective.

Reflexology points: Gently moving your fingers up and down between the bones on the top of your feet. Applying pressure that feels soothing and not painful for a couple of minutes on each foot.

This simple motion helps stimulate the lymphatic system, which can get sluggish and contribute to a heavy or tired feeling. This easy movement can help reduce tension and promote a feeling of energy and lightness.
