Pregnancy and labour are one of the biggest anatomical, physiological and hormonal experiences you’ll ever encounter in your life.
Join Amy’s Pregnancy yoga class to help alleviate the common symptoms associated with pregnancy as well as providing an opportunity for you to connect to your changing body and growing baby.
You will learn what changes are occurring, how to feel and trust the system of the body, and how to create a holistic movement practice that will support you throughout all trimesters, including preparation for labour and birth.
There classes also offer an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences & feel supported as a group, offering connections & life long friendships.
