Pregnancy and labour are one of the biggest anatomical, physiological and hormonal experiences you’ll ever encounter in your life.

Join Amy’s Pregnancy yoga class to help alleviate the common symptoms associated with pregnancy as well as providing an opportunity for you to connect to your changing body and growing baby.

You will learn what changes are occurring, how to feel and trust the system of the body, and how to create a holistic movement practice that will support you throughout all trimesters, including preparation for labour and birth.

There classes also offer an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences & feel supported as a group, offering connections & life long friendships.

FLOW, RESTORE & BALANCE- 7th December

Move and get into your body with a mindful yoga flow followed by a deeply restful yoga nidra and receive the healing benefits of reiki.

Join Caroline for two hours of movement and deep restorative rest before the festivities on Sunday, 7th December.

Flow with Yoga ~ A nourishing yoga practice to stimulate energy to flow and begin to remove any blockages to the flow of energy in your body.

Restore with Yoga Nidra ~ Be guided through a meditative yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation. After lying down and getting comfortable and warm the practice allows you to draw your attention inwards. We will learn to float between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where your body finds its natural state of equilibrium – the breath balances, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into a state of deep, blissful awareness.

Balance with Reiki ~ Reiki is a gentle form of healing energy which is channelled through the practitioner. Caroline is a qualified Reiki practitioner and will gently allow you to receive Reiki by placing her hands on your shoulders and allowing the Reiki energy to flow. As the Reiki flows, it will begin to balance subtle energies within your body, bringing a feeling of harmony and well-being.

Thursday evenings are all about Embodied Flow, a creative, breath led flow that bridges mobility with sensitivity. This embodied practice with Amy invites you to move intuitively, explore soft fluid sequences and reconnect to your body’s natural rhythm.

Expect spirals, circular movements and playful transitions woven with moments of pause and reflection.

This class will gently help build vitality, mobility and strength while honouring the bodies wisdom. Suitable for all levels from advanced practitioners to complete beginners.

Also, find Amy on Wednesday for Recovery Flow, which focuses on moving in a functional, sustainable and smart way to build greater awareness of our breath and own anatomical landscape.

Or choose Beginners Yoga, perfect for those beginning yoga, or keen to get back to basics, this class takes you on a transformative journey designed to unite body, mind, and breath.

Amy first became interested in the mind body connection when she was 19 years old at Drama school in London. The seed was planted during movement lessons, where she studied The Alexander Technique, Feldenkriess and Laban methods- all exploring movement as a tool to find a greater sense of self awareness and relaxation.

This eventually led her into Yoga, which connected all the dots. Amy trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa at The Himalaya Yoga Valley, Applied Advanced Anatomy (Flow Yoga, Lucy and Ben Parker) and pregnancy and post-natal (Sally Parkes).

Amy’s classes are known for clarity and technique, anatomically informed teaching, heart-felt philosophy, and above all- inclusivity.

These classes with Sonja are woven from the classical Hatha yoga system that focuses on alignment and enquiry into the body.

Each class with have a theme or physical focus point that will change weekly. Developing strength and suppleness, increasing range of motion and release stress.

Traditional prāṇāyāma will be explored at the beginning of the class along with safe ‘enjoyable challenges’ sprinkled along the way.

Sonja qualified in 2018 under the Triyoga 350 hr programme, trained by Anna Ashby and Tony Watson.

Her Hatha yoga classes are alignment based and anatomically focused, exploring traditional prāṇāyāma techniques. Her sequencing consists of asana that flow together but also breaks down components of a posture for a deeper, stronger, more fulfilling expression.

Her yoga classes are a sacred time for reflection allowing you to uncover and discover along the way, aiming for mental, emotional and physical enrichment.

A mindful yoga flow incorporating deep stretches and breath awareness. You will leave the class feeling lighter, brighter and ready to embrace the week, or weekend ahead.

Caroline says, “My intention in my classes is to create a safe space to allow you to rejuvenate and take time out for yourself. I like to work closely with our ‘energetic body’ in my classes focusing on chakras (centres of energy) and simple practices and postures we can do to bring our chakras, and our energy body as a whole, into balance.”

Caroline completed her training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in 2014, and went gone on to receive further qualifications in Yin, Reiki, meditation and pre and postnatal yoga.

Having taught for almost 10 years in some of London’s leading yoga and fitness studios, Caroline & her family have now settled in the beautiful surroundings of Tunbridge Wells.

Her classes are Mixed Ability and everyone is welcome to share the practice with options for all.

Join Caroline to Breathe & Flow on a Monday evening at 7.30pm or Saturday morning at 8am. You can also enjoy her Yin Yang Flow on Tuesday morning at 10am.

COME AND “WINTER” TOGETHER THIS JANUARY 11th, from 9 am - 5.30 pm.

Let this be your invitation to withdraw from the world, if only for a day.  To delve into the powerful and transformative act of “wintering”, slowing down in order to see more.

The concept of “wintering” was brought to the world by Katherine May in her 2020 book Wintering. Here she shows how we can take inspiration from nature and drop into a cycle of rest, recharge and reflection during the winter months.   

Through “wintering”, we can honour the seasons and embrace the wisdom and teaching of the dark. As we invite this acceptance, a new opportunity arises to slowly explore the resources required to begin the necessary steps of preparing for what’s to come.  It is then that a new seed is planted, ready for the newness of Spring.

We only have a few spaces remaining and the retreat is available to a maximum of 10 guests.

Align & Refine postural alignment classes reacquaint you with your body, providing activation to all the major muscle groups.

Through a series of specifically targeted exercises (each one a functional test), we assess the function of the muscles, revealing which ones work the way they were designed to, and which ones are not pulling their weight - literally!

Due to the connection of the facial lines throughout the body, tight, weak, or dysfunctional muscles in the feet and legs can disrupt the balance and function of the pelvic floor.

We will focus on strengthening this connection and learning how strong feet = a strong body.
