Special workshop on the ancient cleansing technique of Trataka. On one of the darkest days of the year come to a wonderful workshop culminating in meditating on the light of the flame 🔥 🕯️ Julia will guide you through a gentle flowing asana towards trataka kriya. The purpose of trataka is to cleanse the subconscious mind but it is also a really cosy atmospheric workshop in the studio. Includes post workshop drinks and a mince pie 🥧

Breathe and Flow Yoga is a mindful yoga flow class incorporating deep stretches and breath awareness. You will leave the class feeling lighter, brighter and ready to float into your weekend.
