With over 28 years of experience, Dr Haq has helped countless patients manage conditions such as thyroid disorders, menopause, low testosterone (TRT) and complex diabetes care. Patients value his warm, attentive approach and the time he takes to understand their concerns.

Dr Haq trained at world‑renowned centres — including Guy’s and St Thomas’, Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore) and St Vincent’s Hospital (Melbourne) — and holds dual accreditation in Diabetes, Endocrinology and General Medicine. His career includes senior leadership roles, national recognition for service improvement, and a long-standing commitment to raising standards of patient care.

🎄✨ Today brought a little mischief to our hospital! We had a very special visitor…....

He tried to sneak into the ward, attempted to “help” with our senior management team, and even tried to check himself in as a patient. Our team kept him in line (mostly), and he definitely brought a smile to everyone’s day.

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve achieved Gold Level ANTT Accreditation 🏅 — but what does that mean?

ANTT stands for Aseptic Non Touch Technique. It’s the international standard for safe aseptic practice, designed to protect patients by reducing the risk of infection during procedures like IV infusions, wound care, and other invasive treatments.

By achieving Gold Level Accreditation, we’ve shown that our team consistently delivers the highest standards of infection prevention and patient safety. It’s a recognition of the dedication, skill, and teamwork that goes into every aspect of care.

Today our departments took part in a festive Christmas tree competition.

Both teams got creative by using disposable medical equipment from their departments to decorate their trees.
