Hi, nearly at the end of the 3 minute moves series. Hope you’re doing ok 👌🏼

Getting movement into the day, here is a simple 3 minute move workout for the upper body.
Keeping the shoulders, chest, back and arms strong 💪🏼

your workout

1 minute - modified push up
1 minute - arnold press
1 minute - bicep curl

🔁 Repeat to build into a longer workout

3 rounds = 10 minutes ⚡️
