From Wednesday 29th October until Friday 21st November we will be running reduced days at our clinic. If you have been given an appointment please attend this as we are NOT closed, only working on reduced days.

Messages can be left on our telephone as normal but please be patient with us as it may take a little longer to reply.

You can also contact us by email or Facebook messenger and these will be checked daily.

Good morning,

As of the first of October we will have a small increase in prices. Nothing any of us would like, but I’m sure you can all understand the reasons. The increases can be seen on our website as of tomorrow.

I hope everyone is enjoying the wonderful weather we’ve been having! 🥵🥵

Just a wee reminder to always include your feet when applying sunscreen. It’s an area that’s often forgotten about and we’ve been seeing some nasty cases of sunburn recently.

If you do have experience sunburn:

1/ Get out of the sun
2/ Cool the area with cool water, not ice water
3/ Apply after sun lotion or spray
4/ Take painkillers if necessary
5/ If the area blisters, avoid bursting them as this could cause an infection.
6/ Keep area out of the sun until completely healed

If you are worried the sunburn is severe, always seek medical attention

At the risk of showing my age….Hey, let’s be careful out there!
