Keeping active is so important for your general health, but football rugby and racket sports can have a severe impact on your toenails. Make sure your sports shoes fit well to ensure your feet don't slide forward when you suddenly stop and start but not too tightly on the toes causing pressure and damage which can lead to ingrowing, thickened and distorted nails.

We are very pleased to announce we have a new Podiatrist joining our team. Daniela will be starting full time from Monday 11th November. She has already been working with us on a few Saturdays and will bring her considerable experience from working in the NHS to increase our capacity to help more people.
