As we age, movement is essential in helping us stay fit and healthy. So, CuraCare are helping the Hampton & Hampton Hill Voluntary Care ladies group at the Greenwood Centre in Hampton, Middlesex to do just that.

Every third Thursday of the month, CuraCare are proud to sponsor the local ladies fitness class. The ladies enjoy a seated exercise class with plenty of music and laughter.
