Living in the Moment - A 6 week introductory Mindfulness meditation course
Do you struggle with stres and find it hard to relax?
Do you get easily anxious and overwhelmed?

Would you like to learn simple practices that can help you feel more calm and less reactive in daily life?
Join me on this beginner-friendly in person mindfulness meditation course starting Saturday 12th April, 1-2 pm. The course will run over six consecutive weeks on Saturdays 1-2pm, with the last class scheduled on Saturday 16th May.
Over the course of six weeks, you will learn simple everyday mimdfulness meditation tools and practices that can help you become more calm, present amd grounded in daily life.
You will learn how to regulate your nervous system and step away from habitual patterns that drain your energy and keep you feeling stuck.
Evidence shows that practicing mindfulness meditation can have a positive impact on our overall health and well-beung, giving us the capacity to cope with the ups and downs of life.
