We will be exploring what mindfulness is, where it comes from and how it can improve our overall well-being. Using simple practices focussed on the body and breath, you will learn how to ground yourself and become more present in daily life.
You will be guided to build your own practice and integrate mindfulness into your routine using simple tools such as mindful breathing, sensory awareness, spending time in nature and focussing on self-care
Evidence shows that practicing mindfulness for even a few moments each day can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve our mental & emotional well-being and give us the capacity to cope with change.
