⏰ Don't forget to put your clocks back tonight!⏰
Clocks go back 1 hour at 2am Sunday morning.

While smartphones will automatically adjust, there are plenty of clocks that will not - so don't forget to reset them before you go to bed tonight.

Meanwhile, our wonderful CareGivers will be helping to update the clocks on the cookers, microwaves, central heating timers, kitchen walls and mantlepieces for our clients this weekend, to reduce the chances of confusion.🧡💙🕰
