"Among all the greetings and signs, one word stopped me completely.

“Lokānukampā.”

Out of compassion for the world.

I burst into tears the moment I saw it.

That single word says everything. It recognizes the deepest intention behind this walk—not politics, not ideology, not protest, but compassion that is willing to walk, to endure cold, pain, misunderstanding, and fatigue, for the welfare of all beings.

In the Buddhist texts, lokānukampā describes why the Buddha taught, why awakened beings act:
for the welfare of the many,
for the happiness of the many,
out of compassion for the world.

To see someone name this so simply felt like a quiet bow of understanding. No slogans. No arguments. Just truth.

This walk is not loud. It does not demand. It offers. Step by step, body by body, heart by heart.

Thank you to whoever held that sign.
You reminded us why this walk matters.
You reminded us that compassion is still alive, and still moving, in this world."

🐝💖💫 A slightly later than usual Well-being Wednesday post, put simply I just wanted to share this song with you all 🎶

🐝It’s been a beautiful week, full of beautiful experiences and beautiful new opportunities have opened up for me.

💖A constant reminder in this challenging world stage at the moment, that I and we are all surrounded by beautiful people, who are gifted to us in spiritual terms as well as in this life plain.

💫You are all Beautiful Spiritial, and I feel gifted for having you in my life, whether, personally, professionally or as a client.

When our vibration is high and we are focused, the world can often feel like it’s our oyster 🦪 Looking deep within ourselves, at our inner child, and what brings us happiness and joy, will naturally give you the drive to move forward with ease ☺️Remember if things are feeling like they are sticking, are a battle, and are not bringing you joy, you need to ask yourself why and look within 🧘‍♂️

💫There’s no such thing as a mistake.
Everything happens in DIVINE ORDER. I am being guided to LEARN and GROW 🌱
Always trust the process, there maybe twists and turns and bumps on your journey called life 🛣️ Have faith, it’s the Universe’s way of guiding you on to your true life’s path. Ironically our biggest learning curves are often made when things get icky and uncomfortable 🥴

🧘‍♂️ I breathe CALMLY and EASILY. I AM SAFE in this moment 💚
When we focus on the breath, and bring everything back to clear focused breathing, we can steady and calm the mind. All too often we let the over workings of the mind take over, and that’s can be when anxiety, overwhelm and the effects of stress take over ☺️

🐝💖💫 Just had to share this with you all this morning 🌅

Yes I know both exist but so does choice ✌️

Life will continue to happen, you will continue to choose.

The order you believe that occurs in is less important than the choices you make as it does.

Speak well to yourself.
Treat yourself well.
Choose people and places that do the same.

You deserve that.

Don’t believe it can make a difference?

Try it for a few weeks, write down how you feel each day, what do you notice, see if you can catch yourself in a negative thought or feeling and then ask yourself if you can choose to move it by refocusing and/or doing something else.

You deserve that.

💝 Another share today is a beautiful gifted piece of writing ✍️, or I should say typing of a beautiful extract from Sanskrit. This was gifted to me by a friend amongst so many beautiful treasures, from her late mother. When I was thinking about sharing a piece, this fell out of a book 📖 of gorgeous poetry and prose, it was most definitely needing to be heard and shared, view in comments below ⬇️ hope you enjoy it 🥰 📝 💝
