This isn’t about following a path to peace — it’s about creating your own. ✨

My own journey with meditation began with Buddhist training alongside monks 26 years ago — learning from ancient wisdom that changed the way I understood calm, compassion, and presence.
But I always knew I didn’t want to affiliate with one belief system or spiritual school.

I couldn’t find a space that blended those timeless teachings with science, psychology, and modern life — in a way that felt accessible, relatable, inclusive, and real.

So I built it with .of.mind_meditation !

The Still Space has been inspired by people who thought meditation “wasn’t for them.”
Many of whom are in my community now, after experiencing the life-changing benefits of meditation with me. 🧘‍♂️

Peace of Mind's new digital platform is also grounded in accessibility, diversity, and choice —
an understanding that wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Here, you’re free to explore, adapt, and create your own version of peace.
Because there’s no single way to be mindful — only your way.

Low energy? Disconnected?
Try this 60-second breath reset. 🌿

When you feel flat or disconnected, it’s not laziness or lack of motivation — it’s your nervous system in low-power mode.

This short science-backed breathwork reset helps your body come back to presence.

The physiological sigh — two gentle inhales through the nose (one longer, one short), then a long sigh exhale through the mouth — is your body’s built-in reset.

It helps you soften, steady, and release tension in under a minute.

✨Move your shoulders + unclench the jaw
✨Try 3 rounds of the physiological sigh
✨ Notice what shifts

You’re not stuck. You're in survival mode.
Your body just needs a signal back to safety.
This is it. 🌿

Ever noticed that once you decide “everything’s going wrong”… suddenly everything does?
Your brain isn’t dramatic — it’s loyal to your narrative. 🧠

I was reminded of this first thing this morning in the back-to-school chaos that overwhelmed my daughter.

She couldn't find what she needed, her phone wasn't working, things weren't going as she wanted them to, and the: “this whole day is a disaster” mindset took over and spiralled. This could have been her whole day if we had let it.

The low mood, frustration, and tears saw her brain hunting for more things that were “wrong.” to back up the story.

So we stopped for a breath. We took the stories to the worst-case scenario to see they weren't so bad and then looked for one thing going right. To see it wasn't 'all bad'.

Her whole system softened. Nothing magically became perfect… but the moment shifted - and so did her day. 💚

This is what our minds do: They scan for evidence to match the story we’re telling.

Say “everything’s going wrong,” and your brain will try to prove you right.
Take a pause to see the good that also exists in the moment, and things shift.

Not toxic positivity. Just intentional narration.

Today, catch your story. Soften it.
Choose one thought that brings you back into balance.

Your brain is listening. 💛

There’s no blueprint to calm — just tools that meet you where you are. 💙

And because every person is different, one method will never be enough. I encourage everyone I work with to create their own blueprint.

I don’t follow one school of meditation or breathwork. I’ve trained, have drawn inspiration from and practise many approaches so I can offer what truly supports you — not a single system, not a trend, not a “one-way” philosophy.

In the Still Space you get a toolkit: breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, nervous system resets, reflection, compassion practices and more —
so you can choose what you need, when you need it. 👐

The Still Space wasn’t built overnight — it’s the result of decades of lived and learned meditation experience.

This space didn’t appear suddenly. I founded Peace of Mind over five years ago. It wasn’t born from a trend or a training weekend, or a desire for a passive 'business container'. 🤔

It’s the result of over 25 years of practice, exploration, study — and real life. To learn and live what actually works in the modern world for people like you.

From guided sleep meditations in childhood,
to Buddhist schools of meditation as a teen
to mindfulness, mantra, breathwork and nervous system training throughout my adult life; which continues to evolve, personally and professionally

This work has shaped me, supported me, challenged me, and changed me. And now it’s here to support you — in the life you’re living right now.

When you step into The Still Space, you’re not getting surface-level mindfulness.
You’re receiving depth. Experience. Tools shaped by curiosity, discipline, compassion and lived practice.

This isn’t just content — it’s a lifetime body of work. A place built slowly, intentionally, and with heart.
