This November join us in the launch of our "Silence to Solidarity" campaign, help us kick stigma out of mental health🌟

Throughout next month, we're shining a light on mental health, reflecting on the incredible journey we as a society are on from silence to solidarity. 🤝

Let's look back and see how far we've come in understanding and supporting mental health. From breaking barriers to tackling stigma, we've made remarkable progress. 🌈

👕 Plus, we've got an exciting announcement! Stay tuned for the launch of our new clothing brand, coming soon!

You'll have the chance to make a statement while supporting mental health awareness and causes. 🎗️

Together, let's be the change, break the silence, and stand in solidarity with those who need our support. 🙌💚

Su***de isn’t a topic we all openly discuss but take this in.

2020 saw 4,902 people in England, 262 in Northern Ireland and an expected count of around 1000* across Wales and Scotland take their own lives.

-SCO & WAL as of July 2021 Official figures unavailable. *based on previous years and provisional figures.

We all experience inequality in some way shape or form, but how much do we think about health inequality?

We’ve all experienced it in some way, some more than others.

Health inequality is something we can no longer ignore. We live in a time where interconnectivity binds us all yet we often struggle to find the right help for our needs.

MentalHealth365 is creating a level playing field for mental health services, our directory is designed to create a path of least residence between those in need and the services that can support them.

We’re removing inequality from mental health.

Can you support us?

If you or your business is interested in sponsoring the MentalHealth365 directory please contact us at Aaron@mentalhealth365.co.uk

Time is so important to us all, ⌛️

So you’re feeling peckish,

Your pizza will be delivered in half an hour. 🍕

Dont fancy a trip to the supermarket,

Your groceries will be delivered this afternoon. 🛒

Forgot an anniversary,

Your flowers will be with you tomorrow. 💐

The fridge freezer has broken,

A new one will be with you in a day or two. 🧀

The boiler has given up,

A replacement will be installed within week.🛀

We’ve placed many expectation’s on how we access the things we need in life, and how long we should spend waiting for them to be delivered.

Often we choose the path of least resistance, this massively impacts our decision making, often choosing time over impact and quality.

So why don’t we do this when it comes to our mental health?

I was broken yet waited 6 Months to receive the help I needed, during which time my condition inevitably declined to the point at which life felt meaningless.

It’s easy to pop online and find the things we need in life, why isn’t it this simple for our mental health?

is becoming more accessible, MentalHealth365 is changing the way we find the help we need.

In my local area there are dozens of local services and support groups to help anyone with their mental health, we’re documenting all of the each and everyone available in a fully national UK service directory.

Our interactive directory is making local mental health support as accessable as possible, connecting the best services to those in need as well as providing an accurate resource to all healthcare professionals regarding services available for the people they treat.

We’re looking for support in delivering our platform and we’re offering a range of sponsorship options and services. We need help in changing how mental health support is accessed, making it easier than ever to get the help for those in need of support.

Please get in touch if you'd like to support what we want to be the biggest change in accessing mental health support the UK has ever seen.

The time for change is now.

EXCITING NEWS! - Mental Health 365 is building the UK's first fully interactive mental health service directory. Our directory will be 100% free of charge for the general public, making it easier than ever to find local mental health support!

Our service is designed to deliver the ability for anyone, regardless of location within the UK to quickly identify and access the correct support, specific to their mental health requirements.

Most importantly, we aim to better the lives of the millions of people within the UK needlessly suffering from mental health illnesses, ultimately saving lives.

We need your help!

We're currently looking for corporate sponsors to assist in developing and launching our directory. We have a wide range of sponsorship opportunities for local and national businesses and organisations to play their part in changing how mental health services are accessed.

We kindly welcome any businesses who wish to get involved to contact us here via messenger or by email at Contact@MentalHealth365.co.uk.

Together we will make a change like never before.
