A little life and business update from me…

🏡 We’ve had an offer accepted on our new house (eek!), and it’s been such a lovely season of fresh starts.

🌊 A spring escape to Padstow filled my cup - sunshine, sea air, and lots of slow moments.

🏃🏽‍♀️ I’ve even started running again and feeling amazing for it. Plus, Wren and I have been loving our spring walks and she’s been joining me on the runs!

🧘🏽‍♀️ I’m leaning into my own health and wellbeing even more this year, with a yoga retreat in Polzeath on the horizon, and I’m on the lookout for short courses in new therapies to explore and expand my practice. If there’s something you feel is missing in the world of massage and wellbeing, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

What to expect from Millie as your therapist…

🤲🏻 We will discuss what’s prompted you to book a treatment and what you feel your body needs today. I’ll then suggest what might work as a treatment plan for the session and may offer any advice that could help you.
👂🏼 A listening ear to what’s going on in your life knowing it stays between you and me.
⌛️ I have a 30 minute time gap between each appointment, so I always want to ensure you have your full time on the massage table.
🫶🏼 A tailored treatment to you and your body, including techniques and the pressure to suit you. Communication is key to me, if it’s too much just say and if you’d like more pressure just let me know.
✨ I will encourage you to take this hour for yourself, to let go and leave whatever has been bothering you behind when you leave, I’ll take it from here.
