During my early years i studied sports Massage Therapy & Swedish Massage. Following on from this i added stone therapy and manual lymphatic drainage massage. I also have an NVQ in Beauty Therapy & have a passion for all body treatments & facials. Regular massage can relax the body & calm the mind, it also helps to relieve muscle soreness & pain to help you to be ready for this wonderful thing we call Living !
