We hosted a fantastic pre-season fitness session at Ignite Performance on Friday night with the Bellshill Athletic U12 Girls Blacks! ⚫️🟡⚽️

The girls worked incredibly hard from start to finish! We kicked things off with some warm-up games, before powering through a strong S&C circuit, then finished with an exciting 4-team relay competition. Huge congratulations to the winning team of Anna, Eve, Jeanice and parent helper Laura! 🏆

A big thank you to coaches Andy, Martin and Sharon for their support, and to the parents who assisted the girls with some of the exercises - it was greatly appreciated.

Best of luck to the girls as they embark on their first season of 9-a-side football. We’re sure they’ll pick up right where they left off last season with more impressive performances and great results! 🔥
