It was an "In the Night Garden" theme for Blossom Fields' arts and crafts session creating beautiful night time scenes. Gardens come alive after dark with visiting wildlife and this was portrayed in these lovely pictures.

Christmas Day at The Grove was about everyone coming together to open gifts, enjoy a traditional Christmas lunch and spend time with loved ones.

The residents and the team have so enjoyed the festive period and tomorrow afternoon to see in the New Year the drinks trolley will out for everyone to raise a glass to 2026.

Santa and his elf had a wonderful time delivering gifts to all the Blossom Fields' residents. The gifts were carefully selected for each resident and there were lots of smiles with the personal delivery!

At Rose Garden and Olive Tree House in the run up to Christmas it was all about Christmas traditions. Christmas brings back memories for all and much of this is from the senses; the smells, the music and the visual displays.

Residents enjoyed making pomanders, which gave a burst of scent from the oranges and cloves. Baking mince pies was popular with several sessions in December, the making was enjoyed as much as the eating! Moving with the times there was even an attempt at a Ticktock trend making a white chocolate biscuit house!

It really was an incredibility busy December in the homes with festive joy all around.

Blossom Fields' Christmas party was all about residents, families and the team coming together. Rose and Roxanne led a festive sing-a-long to all the classic Christmas carols and songs, armed with the glitter microphone Roxanne put the spotlight onto individual singers!

The hospitality team put on a fabulous buffet which was so enjoyed by everyone, and sherry was definately the drink of choice, a real traditional Christmas tipple!

There was even a special visit from Father Christmas, it was an afternoon filled with fun and warmth; the perfect Christmas celebration.

Fordingbridge residents, visitors, and staff enjoyed a truly wonderful Christmas Day. The chefs prepared a delicious Christmas meal, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Entertainment was provided by the fantastic Nick, who sang many of the residents’ favourite songs, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere. To make the day even more special, everyone dressed up and their very own Jesus made a surprise appearance, bringing smiles all around.
