How's your gut health right now? Do you suffer from bloating, discomfort, gas, irregular bowel movements? How are your moods? Low, moody, agitated? All these symptoms might be common but they are not normal. Identifying and addressing the root cause is what I do daily.

Exercise tailored for your Blood Group.

Type O -The genetic makeup relates back to the cavemen and women who spent their days hunting and defending themselves against predators.

Best Exercise : O’s are usually strong and more athletic, so need high-intensity sports like interval training, running, strong swimming and any aerobic exercise. O’s often use exercise as an emotional outlet, and need it more than other blood types to manage stress and anxiety

Type A - A’s DNA relates back to ancient farmers, and though they were active, they spent their days doing slower, less intense activities like planting crops.

Best Exercise: Intense exercise actually increases A’s levels of the stress hormone cortisol and can lead to muscle fatigue and stiffness. A’s do best by opting for calming activities that help with focus and also protect joints, like Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi, walking, swimming and low impact exercises.

Type B - B’s ancestors were nomads, so they moved around from place to place, although in a calm mindful seasonal way They also traveled in large groups.

Best Exercise : B’s may benefit from group cardio workouts that are slightly lower impact, tennis or cycling, walking as well as resistance training. Being artistic and meditating is important for B’s and can get their metabolism going!

Type AB - AB’s DNA is a mixture and has elements of Type A and B.

Best Exercise : AB’s can get muscle and joint stiffness from high-power cardio sessions, so are suited to more gentle exercise, like walking, hiking, golf, or dance. Also yoga, Tai Chi can be helpful for keeping muscles and joints supple and moods level.
