We have recently said goodbye to one of our truly remarkable residents.🤍

A woman of strength, grace, and quiet power, she lived an extraordinary 98 years -a life rich in love, resilience, and dignity.

She shared more than three quarters of a century beside the love of her life, a partnership that stood as a testament to devotion and enduring companionship.🤍

The heart of her family, a cherished matriarch, she leaves behind five generations — each one carrying forward her spirit, her wisdom, and the countless memories she gifted so freely.🤍

She will be deeply missed, her legacy lives on in every life she touched.🤍🪽

Our home has been filled with singing, dancing, and plenty of laughter, making it a truly special day for everyone. Moments like these remind us how important it is to celebrate the amazing mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures in our lives.

A huge congratulations to Jim and Hazel, who are celebrating their incredible diamond wedding anniversary today! 💖

Family and friends visited throughout the day to share in this very special milestone. Jim and Hazel truly had the most wonderful time together, with Jim fondly sharing memories from their beautiful wedding day all those years ago.

We have had to say goodbye to a truly special resident.

A fantastic man. He was strong-minded, determined, and full of character. He was a loving father and grandfather, and he spoke about his family with such pride.

He was known for his incredible dedication to keeping active. Every day you could find him on his exercise bike, setting the standard and showing the younger ones exactly how it’s done. His fitness levels were unmatched, and his determination never faded.

He brought wit, warmth, and personality to our home. Conversations with him were always memorable, often filled with humour and sharp observations that kept our staff on their toes!

He will be missed by residents and staff alike.💙
