As some of you will know, I’ve spent the summer gaining an aromatherapy massage qualification. Part of this involved carrying out 20 case studies: five clients and four treatments per client.

I have had the pleasure of having one of Sheila's aromatherapy massages and I have no words! She's phenomenal. From her lovely manner, to suiting oils to your needs (oh my god, the smells!!!!) to just melting away your worries during your massage. it's honestly such an amazing experience. I had the best night's sleep after each massage because I was so relaxed and my brain normally goes at 100mph! xx
