Becky & Bambi present Gratitude Sessions kicking off this Sunday at 11am on Zoom to take you back to basics - peace, love & gratitude ✌🏼🙏🏼💛

We begin with epic breath work with Bambi, followed by a blissful visualisation guided by Becky. Bring a journal to take some notes as we discuss what we have to be grateful for then we might all have a little singalong together! We finish with Tarot by Becky and open it up to share 🙌🏼

Now is the time more than ever to lean on your community 💛 do you agree?

We are going through something that has never happened, understandably there is a lot of fear & uncertainty out there BUT no generation before us has had the internet & social media to help us connect, which is huge!

I hosted a pub quiz on Zoom last night with family in Singapore & Ireland. This is something we would never have done before covid19. We truly connected 💜
