Reiki with Donna This page is an eclectic range of posts, some of my own creation. I have worked with Reiki and crystals since 1999. Both profound and unique.

I find them to be thoughtful, beautiful, interesting, positive, awareness raising, healing, loving, maybe funny and made for sharing... I am a Reiki Master, Usui, Karuna Ki and Shamballon; and a Certified Singing Bowl Practitioner trained in Bali by the renowned Swami Arun in 2017. A lot of that time was spent working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and those who had experienced some sort of trauma. Latterly, working with people starting to awaken and stepping on to their spiritual path. Also helping to release, relax and recharge/refresh. Now, I find the combination of Reiki and Singing Bowls and crystals life changing and life affirming. And I love to share it. Reiki with Donna is all about the experience. Donna’s unique approach of combining Reiki with the emotive Koshi wind chimes and haunting singing Tibetan bowls, in a “Sounds o Tsangpo” session creates a safe space where you can enjoy a sound bath or sound massage to release, relax, receive and revive... or whatever is in your highest interest.

Reiki, meaning universal life force and pronounced ray-key in the west and ry-key in Japan is a wonderful hands on or off, clothes on type of therapy for relaxation, healing & empowerment. You don't have to be religious or even believe in Reiki to benefit.

Dr. Hayashi described it to Madam Takata so beautifully when he said, “the universal life force is so big we cannot measure it, so deep we cannot fathom it; therefore in Japanese we call it Reiki.” He continued “it is comparable to a radio station, broadcasting radio waves everywhere. There are no wires connecting the radio station with your home, yet when you turn on the receiver and tune into the radio waves from the station you receive what they are sending. Likewise, the principles of Reiki are the same. The energy is everywhere; it travels through space without wires. Once you have been connected to the energy it flows automatically, forever. It is a universal and immeasurable energy and its power is unlimited.”
