Hiya , let me introduce myself, I'm Nic, the proud owner of the small north east holistic therapies business Aroha Healing based in Gateshead.
If you are wondering what is Aroha? Aroha is the native maori word for "Love" and my motto in life is "love what you do" and "deliver everything from the heart"
I began my personal mindfulness journey in New Zealand. A place I now call my spiritual home.
In 2018 I became an Angelic Reiki practitioner and have delivered healing sessions across the world including UK, Europe, America, Canada , Thailand and New Zealand.
Face to face in my practice here in the UK, I also offer Indian Head Massage, Crystal Reiki and Holistic Facials.
I love what I do so much that I have immersed myself in teacher training over the years to teach Angelic Reiki , Meditation and Yoga Nidra.
I hold my professional membership with the Guild of Holistic Therapies and the Angelic Reiki Association.
My style of teaching has been described as calming and welcoming. I love seeing people evolve in their own journey and I always say there is no harm in trying out a session or a class. Your body and mind will thank you for it later.
My meditation classes are open to everyone. You can be a regular at meditation or brand new. Having a curious mind to try something new is delightful.
