While working as a midwife, I was fascinated with the health benefits of complementary therapies and went on to continue my studies in Holistic Therapies, Personal Training and Nutrition. I specialise in fertility & maternity reflexology, spinal reflexology, pregnancy massage & a range of therapeutic massage treatments. I am a member & hold insurance with the federation of holistic therapists, ‘FHT’.
