Dermorphin may also have effects on pulmonary ventilation and pituitary hormone release and is 30-40 times more potent than Morphine.

Marcus completed his kambo training with the International Association of Kambo Practitioners (IAKP), the world’s first and largest kambo training organisation. There he learnt to apply Kambo using several different methods allowing him to treat a broad range of physical and mental health conditions.  He is client-focussed in his approach and before treatment engages in an in-depth consultation to give the best opportunity for healing in a way that is personalised and designed for the specific needs of his clients.

Marcus first came to Kambo at a particularly difficult time in his life and credits the medicine with assisting with his transformation.  His deep understanding of how Kambo positively worked on him informs all aspects of his practice.

Here's some insight from Marcus.

"Since I began my journey with this sacred medicine, Kambo has worked on not only a physical level but on an emotional and spiritual one. It has served me well and given me the space to recognise reinforced ritualistic behaviours and allowed me to forgo these old cycles/patterns that no longer serve me or their purpose. This has allowed me to become a better version of myself, one in which I can be not just a better person but one can be of service to others and guide them in their healing journey. In addition to this, he is by nature a deeply caring and empathetic person, something that profoundly informs his practice as a Kambo practitioner.  Kambo can be a challenging medicine and to get the most from it you need to be guided by an empathic, strong and grounded practitioner.  Someone who can make you feel safe.  Marcus has these qualities in abundance.
