See this woman here...she changed my life, and she can change yours too.

I wanted to lose weight in 2017 and Slimming World was constantly recommended to me and it appeared everywhere on my Instagram. So I did some FB stalking of the local Consultants and Lynne McDermott obviously passed my stringent tests 🤣

Let me clear here: I didn't know anybody in Kirkcaldy, I didn't want anymore friends and I didn't want to talk to anybody but walking into Lynne's group there was such a lovely welcome I let my guard down and ended up staying.

28 weeks later and I'd lost 3 and a half stones and also decided to become a Consultant myself.

Now I'm so proud to watch her launch her new 7pm session on Monday 1st September in Templehall Scout Hall on Dunearn Drive because I know, anybody who joins her group will achieve their target. Lynne will never give up on you, even when you give up on yourself.

Group Schedule

Here is the schedule we stick to in group each Tuesday.

Session 1
⚖️3.30pm Scales open and existing members weigh in until 4pm, meanwhile any new or returning members are with me in the new member area being set up for a brilliant first week.

4.05pm I will let the group know any important news, podcast topics and announce the total weight loss.

4.10pm We'll celebrate any members who've achieved an award and new style group experience starts.

4.45pm Group is concluded with raffle winner being announced and Slimmer Of The Week announcement.

4.50pm New members are enrolled and weighed individually by me where they set their own Personal Achievement Target.

This process is repeated at the 5.30pm and 7.30pm

What's for breakfast?

A busy family day planned so up early (for me 😂) to have breakfast.
Obviously I wasn't fully awake because I dropped the raspberries all over the floor 🙈
