💫 "MY KNEE JUST POPPED" 💫

I was working on her heart chakra when suddenly - POP - my own knee cracked.

I paused. "This is going to sound random, but I'm getting something about your knee."

Her eyes flew open. "My knee pops constantly! How did you know?"

I moved my hands down to her knee, and the moment I did, an image flashed into my mind. A little girl. Maybe 7 or 8. Running through a field. Free. Joyful. No pain.

"I'm seeing you as a child," I said gently. "Running. Completely carefree."

She started crying. "I used to run everywhere. Before the accident. Before my knee injury. I haven't felt that freedom in twenty years."

The Reiki poured into her knee, but it wasn't just healing the physical. It was reconnecting her to that memory. That feeling. That version of herself who knew what it felt like to move without fear.

✨ WHAT IT'S REALLY LIKE WHEN I READ YOUR ENERGY ✨

People always ask: "How does the intuitive part work?"

Here's the truth - it's different every single time.

Sometimes I see pictures. Like a flash of you as a child, sitting on a swing, feeling free. Or an image of your happy place - a beach, a garden, somewhere your soul feels at home.

Sometimes it's words that just drop into my mind. "Forgiveness." "Let go." "You're safe now."

Sometimes it's feelings - a wave of sadness, a burst of joy, a sense of relief washing through me.

🌟 THE TEXT THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING 🌟

"Can you send me distance Reiki?" she messaged. "I'm struggling today and I can't get to you."

I sat down, closed my eyes, and connected to her energy. Miles away, but right there in my awareness.

Twenty minutes later, my phone buzzed.

"What just happened? I was lying on my sofa feeling awful, and suddenly this wave of warmth came over me. My whole body relaxed. I actually fell asleep for the first time in days."

This is what blows people's minds about Reiki.

I was doing a distance Reiki session for a client in Scotland. I was here in my healing room. She was 400 miles away.

I set the intention, connected to her energy, and began sending healing.

Halfway through, I felt a massive shift at her heart chakra. Like something cracked open. I stayed there, pouring in light.

Twenty minutes later, my phone buzzed.

"I don't know what just happened, but I suddenly started crying. My chest feels so much lighter. Did you do something?"

Yes. Yes I did.

The moment I placed my hands near her root chakra, I understood why.

Her foundation - that sense of safety, security, groundedness - was completely shattered. Like she'd been living in survival mode for so long, her body forgot what safety even felt like.

As I started the Reiki, moving my hands down his body, I could feel it - every single chakra was out of balance. Root to crown. All of them.
