I’ve managed to keep my prices down for as long as possible through this time of inflation.
Because of this the time has come to need to increase my charges.
All 1hr treatment appointments will increase to £70 when booked from 1st November 2025 onwards.
Phlebotomy appointments will increase to £40 when booked from 1st November 2025 onwards.

The A709 from dumfries to lochmaben is supposed to be closed today from 9am to 5pm near torthorwold, due to road works.
Diversions will be in place but it might take a little longer to get to lochmaben if you have an appointment today.

Hi Richard

I hope that you are well.

You might not remember me but I came to see you during 2021 at Heathhall. I was in a lot of trouble with chronic pain from my neck, hip and down my left leg. My muscles/nerves were incredibly tight. I was in bad shape and in a lot of pain for many hours each day, walking was difficult and sleep was really affected.

You were the first person to get me thinking about my pain in a more holistic manner (rather than a single fix). Well, I’ve been following your advice ever since and taking a broader approach to my health, fitness and mobility. Over a period of months, the improvement continued and I cannot believe the progress I’ve made in the years since to deal with my chronic pain.

I’ve been able to get back into running and am continuing to go from strength to strength. My fitness, and performance, is now way above what I could have dreamt of 4 years ago. So much so that I’ve been able to run multiple marathons in the last 18 months and running some decent times (for my age). Last year I achieved the qualifying time, with a cushion, for the Boston marathon in the US. So next month I will line up on the start line at Boston. When I do so it will be with a huge thanks to the two or three people, including yourself, that helped me get there.

I am forever grateful.
