Exciting news! 🎉 as well as my Pilates classes I’ve got new equipment ready for our weights classes at Peter Street!
This Monday we’re swapping HIIT for a Body Conditioning session — perfect for all abilities with loads of weights to choose from. 💪
And for anyone in peri or menopause:
