Exciting news! 🎉 as well as my Pilates classes I’ve got new equipment ready for our weights classes at Peter Street!

This Monday we’re swapping HIIT for a Body Conditioning session — perfect for all abilities with loads of weights to choose from. 💪

And for anyone in peri or menopause:
Strength training is an absolute powerhouse. It helps:
• 🔥 Boost metabolism and support healthy weight management
• 🦴 Protect and build bone density (crucial as hormones change)
• 💪 Maintain and increase muscle mass
• 😊 Improve mood, energy, and confidence
• 💓 Support joint health and reduce aches

Honestly, weights are one of the BEST things you can do for your body during this stage of life.

Even more dumbbells are arriving in early February…no issue if you wish to bring your own also) so we’re only going bigger and stronger from here!

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone for your support and generous donations in raising money for St Joseph’s Hospice, in honour of the wonderful care they gave my cousin Denise , who sadly passed away at the age of 60.

I am overwhelmed and pleased to say we raised £2728 ( including a kind £1000 donation from Barclays, thank you )

It was a truly memorable and fun morning. A special thank you to my amazing daughter, Elise, for helping me — we loved every minute! 🚴🔥❤️
