The family of the late John Berwick have asked us to share the following;

BERWICK
Peacefully, following a short illness, at home in Springfield, on Monday 23rd March 2026, John (Jock), aged 50, of Springfield (formerly of Freuchie). Devoted partner of Nicki, caring father to Chloe, grandad to Arya, loved son of Nellie, brother to Anni and Gregor, also a much loved cousin, nephew, brother in law, uncle and good friend to many. Funeral service will take place at Springfield Parish Church, on Tuesday 7th April at 11.45am, followed by committal at Brewsterwells Crematorium at 1pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, donations in Lieu of flowers can be made at the church and crematorium for Marie Curie.

Anne and family of the late John McNaughton are grateful to Lynn and the team at Steven Stewart Funeral Directors who made a difficult day that much easier. Thanks too to Reverend Michael Okpara for conducting the service and to the organist Jeff Hooper and accordionist Jim McLaren for providing the accompanying music.
We wish to thank everyone for their attendance at his funeral on 12 March and for all the cards and flowers that were received by the family. We are grateful for those that kindly donated £500 to our chosen charity, Prostate Cancer UK.

The family of the late Bob Wilson would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy during their recent sad loss.
We would like to take this opportunity to share our gratitude to all the healthcare professionals involved in dads care over the months and to the staff in Ward 22, Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy for the care shown during his final days.
Special thanks to Lynn and colleagues at Steven Stewart Funeral Directors for their compassionate and professional services. To Scott Burton for his comforting and uplifting words, Gillian at Charmed Willow Flowers for the beautiful floral tribute and to the Huntingtower Hotel, Perth for providing the hospitality after the service.
Finally, heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended Perth Crematorium to pay their last respects to Bob and generously donated £680.00 to Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.

The family of the late Helen Ewart have asked us to share the following:

Peacefully, at North Eden House, Cupar, on Friday 13th February 2026. Helen Ewart (formerly St. Andrews) aged 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Jim Ewart. A loving mum of Carol, devoted granny to Lewis and Iona, cherished great-granny of Finlay and Caleb and a dear sister to Agnes, Jackie and the late Betty. Sadly missed. Funeral service to be held in Holy Trinity Church, St. Andrews, on Monday 9th March at 12 noon, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited, followed by a service of commital at Brewsterwells Crematorium at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired can be made to Dementia Scotland on retiral at the church and crematorium.

The family of the late Rodger Speed have asked us to share the following:

We are all very sad to share the news of Rodger passing away early hours of Tuesday morning. Finally overcome by prostate cancer.

Charles Rodger Speed - 12/3/1940. Husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle. Peacefully passed away on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 at home. This was his wishes and would like to give our thanks to the carers, the district nurses and the Marie Curie team for making this all possible.

Very much missed by his wife Elizabeth Speed, his son Ian, daughter Lorna, son-in-law Iain and daughter-in-law Maureen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces and his special long life Buddy Bill Clark.

Rodger requested cremation without attendance or ceremony.
For those who wish, donations would be greatly received by the family to put forward Marie Curie.
