Today marks the 3rd anniversary since Devon Hills Health Centre went up in flames.

I would like to thank all my clients who have stayed with me and also those who have joined me during these tough times. 🙏🏻

Pulse Therapy will do everything in its power to ensure the service you receive is bespoke and addresses your specific needs, as we are a client-centred profession and truly care about your health.

It’s a shame the same cannot be said about my previous landlord, and so the challenge of getting admission of responsibility, and provide compensation for all losses incurred by Pulse Therapy, continues.

We have the endurance and will not stop until a resolution is finalised.

Paignton Rugby Club is on the lookout for a Volunteer Social Media Assistant to join our off-the-pitch team!

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Loves rugby (or is keen to get involved!)
✅ Knows their way around Facebook and Instagram
✅ Wants to help the club grow and connect with our amazing community
✅ Has experience using canva

Duties will include:
🍒 Scheduling posts to Facebook and Instagram
🍒 Keep PRFC followers up to date with the latest news and scores
🍒 Creating Ad hoc posters

I have worked with Paignton Rugby Club since 2019, providing Soft Tissue Therapy, injury management and rehabilitation to all members of the club, as well as pitchside support for the senior teams.

In March 2024, one of our ladies experienced an ACL rupture during a match, which after further investigation and assessment, required surgical intervention in June 2024.

I have been a part of Lulu Sinar’s rehab journey since the injury occurred. With a lot of hard work and dedication Lulu has got back to playing competitive rugby within 9 months (minus the oxygen therapy professional athletes would use!!).

Lulu missed out on becoming a winner of the Jill Burns county championships and playing at Twickenham last year due to her injury. However, she has been selected for this year’s county championships campaign.

Having scored in their semi-final win, Lulu will now be part of the Devon ladies squad selected to represent her county next weekend at the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, alongside the Devon Men and Devon Colts who also made their respective finals- Devon domination!

This journey is a testament to Lulu’s devotion to the sport and dedication to her rehab and I am proud to recognise her efforts by sponsoring Lulu to attend the final against Eastern Counties which will take place on Sunday.

Whatever the result, I hope Lulu enjoys such a special place to play rugby and soaks up the whole experience.

Good luck Lulu- you have come a long way in a year! Keep working …we still have rehab to complete when you get back! 😉 🏉 💪🏻
