Hi! I’ve been quiet on here the last few months so thought I’d pop by….
I’ve had to scale back my mindfulness work to focus on running my mental health company, as the pandemic has been tough for us keyworkers.

I’m also spending a bit more time on my own self care and renovating our new house!

I’m still available for bespoke events but won’t be doing any regular workshops for a while.

I hope you are well and looking after yourself to 🥰😍💚

"... Mindfulness then became a lifeline throughout my personal journey with recurrent unexplained pregnancy loss and has been a steadying anchor in a sea of confusion, self-blame, and disappointment. It has provided me with tools to stay present, bring myself back from worries about the future or difficult past experiences, develop self-compassion, and taught me how to sit with uncertainty and change and experience life fully – both the wonderful highs and the difficult lows."

We hear a lot about the concept of personal growth – the idea that we ‘should’ constantly be looking at ways to improve ourselves.

I’ve been feeling up and down this week; pulled between the hope of freedom and ‘normality’ with restrictions lifting, but also the disappointing and stressful reality of the ‘pingdemic’ that is hitting Bristol.

So I’m letting myself feel my feelings and focusing on rest and self care this weekend.

I made myself some reminders and affirmations so I thought I’d share them in case you need them to 😍 (I’ll also add them to stories so they can be used as a screensaver)

Be Here Now- when things feel very complicated and overwhelming, we can take a break by bringing awareness to the present moment and breathe (letting go of the past and the perceived future).

Be As Kind To Yourself As You Are To Others- we are doing our best in difficult circumstances.

I am Strong
I am Resilient
I am Enough
-we got this! ✨💪

Is anyone else feeling like this? Any tips? 🥰
