HEADLINES
• Service based pay award from £13.45 - £14.50 per hour.
• Regular Shift Patterns and consistent hours. We are looking for the following shift patterns:
6 days on (4 long days and 2 short days)
Block 8 days off to support work life balance. Extra shifts are available on request.
• Our shifts run: AM: 07:00 - 14:00 PM: 16:00 -22:00 (role includes weekends, bank holidays and either Christmas OR New Year working).
• 25p/mile paid for miles travelled between calls, travel time also paid separately.
• We put employees and clients first
• Nurse Led Team working to the highest standards
• Balanced rotas to minimise travel
• Sponsorship not available. No international applicants please
• Full Training Provided
• Family business not franchise
• Gifts throughout the year from Amazon vouchers to treat boxes

• Experience working in a client facing care role
• Own vehicle and full driver’s license.

At EDS Homecare, we are continuously working on ways to develop and improve our processes and satisfaction levels. Having been established since 1999, we are constantly evolving and ensuring our standards are at the highest levels possible. Most recently, our Managing Director Kate worked together with our Compliance Team (Vicki and Morgan) to implement our newly expanded Mentorship Programme! 🤝

Members of our trusted care staff have been specifically chosen for this role. Our staff mentors are in place to ensure that everyone always has a listening ear available for any feedback and advice, meaning all of our staff members always have a colleague they know they can certainly turn to 👂

The Mentorship Programme is another step we have taken to emphasise one of our key messages; even though our staff are lone working, they are never alone! 🫂

We’re so proud to celebrate two incredible achievements this month 🎉

👩‍💼 Kirsty, our amazing Assistant Manager, has completed her Level 3 Lead Adult Worker qualification — adding even more expertise to her leadership of our day-to-day services!

💌 Martyna, our brilliant Business Services Assistant, has achieved her Level 3 Business Administrator qualification — boosting her skills to keep EDS running smoothly and efficiently.

These two ladies have worked so hard to reach this milestone, and we couldn’t be prouder ❤️

Vicki, our Compliance Manager, shares a wonderful ‘Behind the Scenes’ update with our care staff on a weekly basis, to ensure everyone is kept up to date with the work management has put in that week and what is being done to continue developing EDS Homecare! We thought we’d share some highlights from this week’s update:
📝We have completed 6 new Client Assessments for new care packages, all to start this week.
❤️We sent out 3 compliments to our staff members, from general communication with our clients.
🌷We have updated 5 clients care plans due to changes in their care packages or needs.
🖊️We completed 2 monthly skin assessments for clients, to protect their skin integrity.
🤝We have organised mentor meetings for the beginning of November, for our staff mentors to gather feedback and share their ideas with management.
This is just a snippet of what has been carried out by management this week. We hope this small insight into what the management team at EDS Homecare does in a week is informative, as we continue to provide quality services for our clients!
