We don’t always need someone to take our pain away; often, we just need someone who won’t turn away from it.

Validation creates a shift our body recognises instantly. It’s one of the foundations of my work with clients, whether they come for therapy or for support around confidence, performance anxiety, or recurring patterns in their dancing and daily life.
