Yoga & Pilates, one to one tuition and private classes available, live and online. I am a fully qualified and insured Senior Yoga Teacher & Pilates tutor.

Classes are friendly and open to all levels, from beginners to fellow teachers. I teach one to one sessions for those with a specific issue or who just want to work more deeply to enhance their practice. Check out my website: www.franyogapilates.co.uk

My approach is to safely encourage each individual to evolve patiently whilst working to the best of their ability. The classes are taught spontaneously to keep things fresh and avoid falling into routines that can dull the senses and allow bad habits to develop and prevail. I pass on things that I have found helpful over the years and love to share new experiences. I am currently undertaking Feldenkrais training.
