On my walk last night with Blossom đ¶, I realised how cold it was đ„¶! The cold makes us contract and pull ourselves in, but this actually makes things worse as well as leading to more stiff, tense joints so aches and pains get worse.
The best way to combat the cold is to expand into it. Let the breath expand your rib cage and feel yourself get wider and taller into the space around you. This will improve blood flow and circulation and make you feel warmer. The added bonus is your muscles wonât be tensing so youâll feel less achey! Give it a try and let me know how you get on.
