Janet Tibble Yoga Friendly weekly yoga classes in Upminster, Essex. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi you will find a warm reception.

Classes last one and a quarter hours. We start with some deep breathing to centre concentration and energise the body. After some preparatory gentle warm-ups we go into the postures, which include forward, back and side bends, balances and twists. Each session ends with a lovely relaxation to increase our sense of wellbeing and boost the immune system.

It’s been a great summer for our yoga this year. We were able to go alfresco at Coopers three times during July/August, never done that before. It’s so good to practise outside. In fact we had a session in the garden this week as Thames Chase wasn’t available. All cosy and back indoors now, both in the beautiful music room at Coopers and the education room at Thames Chase.
