Pregnancy yoga from 14 to 40 weeks in Ballinderry. Baby massage for babies over 8 weeks. Baby yoga for babies over 5 months.

Baby massage starting on Tuesday 14th October from 10.30-12, it’s a 5 week course. The course is perfect for younger babies from 4 weeks onward, up until they are starting to roll and move! Tea and coffee included after every class as well.

If your baby is having digestive issues, colic, reflux or wind and you’re breastfeeding, try having a few cups of fennel tea each day. It can help to reduce those an issues. It’s tasty too!
