Thanks to everyone who came to the last Zen Baby class of 2025! I’m finished now until the 7th January in and the 13th . I’ve really loved working with you all this past year, and getting to know the babies. Happy first Christmas to them all!

The theme today was feet, but also we got chatting about tiredness and how it’s hard to deal with sleeplessness in the early months of baby’s life. It’s not an easy job, and some of the mums have other young kids too! So be kind to anyone you know with young babies and children, they are often going through things that they may not necessarily tell you about. I love to have these chats in class. See you all next week!

My last baby massage group of 2025! A lot of these mums also attended prenatal yoga with me too, as one of them said “I feel like we’ve been on a right journey together!” And we have. That’s all I want, is to be on the journey with them, to support them through this big transition into motherhood and beyond!

I’ve a few more weeks left in lisburn Leisureplex on Thursdays if any of you want to come along.

Baby massage starting on Tuesday 14th October from 10.30-12, it’s a 5 week course. The course is perfect for younger babies from 4 weeks onward, up until they are starting to roll and move! Tea and coffee included after every class as well.
