Learn lifesaving skills. Build confidence.

Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere. Knowing Basic Life Support (BLS) could mean the difference between life and death.

We’re offering a FREE Community Adult Basic Life Support training session, open to members of the public with no prior experience required.

What you’ll learn:
- How to recognise cardiac arrest
- How to perform CPR
- How and when to use a defibrillator (AED)
- What to do until emergency services arrive\
