Just thought I'd post a reminder of the treatments that I'm qualified in. And also insured in too.

So here goes:-

Aromatherapy massage,
Indian head massage
Holistic facials
Reflexology, Reflexology lymph drainage, fertility and maternity reflexology, finger free reflexology & reflexology for cancer patients
Reiki healing, I am a reiki master which means I have the highest level attainable. And I have also attended the master/teacher level too.

Some of my clients have a whole hour of one treatment, some split their time by having more than one treatment, say half an hour reiki & half an hour reflexology. Some only have half an hour which is great too. It's your 'me' time, your choice. It's good that you choose to look after your health and wellbeing. Good health is the most important thing you can have. Look after it. ###

Good morning & Happy Easter Sunday. We're off to Port Sunlight again for the farmers market, but it's a quick trip in the car today. Need to get eggs and veg and maybe a bit more cheese. 😁 I'm hoping Namak Kitchen will be there too. Their currys and samosas are amazing. Fingers crossed that the weather isn't too bad. Our reiki and meditation evening was on zoom last night. Last minute decision due to weather warnings. It was still a lovely evening though. The wonders of technology. ###

Bus and train to Port Sunlight. Such a lovely village. The sugar and spice festival was a lot less than last year according to my friend which is a shame and Namak Kitchen weren't there either which was disappointing. But I did manage to buy a selection of cheese 😁. We had a lovely lunch at the Lady Lever Art gallery. Today's photos

Good morning and happy Easter Saturday. We are going to the Sweet & Spice festival this morning. Hoping to get a lovely curry from Namak Kitchen for lunch then I am really looking forward to a meditation & reiki evening at Mulberry's Magic tonight. It's been quite a while since I attended anything here and it's such a great place.

I hope you all have a lovely day and the wind and rain stay away.

Happy Good Friday. The sun is shining (at the moment). We were going to go to the Sugar and Spice Festival at Port Sunlight today but Brian has things to do so we are going tomorrow instead. I really want to get to this one because we missed it last year. 😄

By the way there was a full moon last night so if you didn't sleep too well ( I didn't) or don't feel quite right, that could be why.

So whatever you're doing today, have fun, stay safe and I hope the weather holds. ###
