Some options are Derby Pool, Wallasey Beach car park, Leasowe Lighthouse, and Leasowe Road, which are all around a 20 minute walk away. Please plan ahead for your journey and always walk with someone, especially after sunset.

The class is FREE, but donations are welcome. Please note that 10% of donations are paid to Wirral council for rent of land.

If the weather changes, the class may be cancelled at short notice. Keep an eye on my page for updates and check my story before leaving.

SILENT DISCO YOGA

WHAT TO EXPECT
We will be using silent disco headphones throughout the class, which will help us to go inwards to really deep dive and disconnect from the outside world. If you've never used them before, my gosh, you are in for a treat.

You probably already know this, but music and dancing are so good for the soul. So we will be having a little boogie at the end of the session to some of your favourite tunes.

Please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, I have some spares, but please let me know beforehand if you need one as I only have a limited number.

The class is suitable for beginners.

If you're pregnant, you are also welcome, but please chat with me at the start.

If the weather changes, the class may be cancelled at short notice. I will send everyone an email if this happens, so it is important that you are booked on and that you have provided the correct email address. If this happens, full refunds will be given. I had the pleasure of using some of the wonderful therapies a few weeks ago. Naturally, I took my partner in crime along with me

We spent 1 hour in the hyperbaric oxygen tank followed by 15 mins red light therapy with PEMF. Not only are these therapies super relaxing for the nervous system, but they have profound healing mechanisms and can help with so many things from general aches and pains to regeneration of cells. 🤯👌

These guys are doing some absolutely awesome stuff. If you're into your wellness, you really need to check it out.

is also based here. This charity is helping provide people suffering with cancer and terminal illness with these wonderful therapies, as well as a gym and PT sessions, for free. How bloody is fantastic is that! If you know anyone suffering, spread the word. This place could be a real lifeline for them 🫶
